I ordered dinner for pickup from Ruth's Chris Steak House everything came exactly how I asked for it!!! The sides, sauces, all of it was there with no missing items or random mix-ups!!! I’m picky when it comes to takeout orders, so I was really happy it all went smoothly!!!

The table felt a little sticky when we sat down, and the restroom looked like it could use a good clean. That said, the place wasn’t terrible or anything, I just expected it to feel a bit fresher overall

We went to Ruth’s Chris for our anniversary and had such a good night. My steak came out exactly how I asked for it, and our server was really friendly without hovering the whole time. They also did a few little things that made the dinner feel special, which I appreciated. It’s definitely not cheap, so I’m blaming my husband for picking a place I’m now going to want to come back to for special occasions.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, just a little clunkier than I expected for a nicer place. I’d use it again if I needed to, but I really wish the booking process felt a bit more polished and less like I was defusing a tiny reservation-related bomb.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the desserts ended up being the best part. I got the cheesecake and it was really creamy without being overly sweet, which I appreciated. My friend ordered the bread pudding but still kept taking bites of mine, so I guess that says something. Not sure I’d rush back for everything, but I’d probably go again just for dessert.

I checked out ruthschris.com before making a reservation, and I don’t really get why anyone would say the menu is limited. They had the steaks you’d expect, but also seafood, salads, sides, and desserts, so it wasn’t like we were all forced into the same few choices. Everyone in our group found something they actually wanted, which made planning dinner way easier. I was happy with it

I’m not exactly the most patient person, so I really appreciated how the staff knew what they were doing and didn’t waste any time. They were professional, helpful, and got everything handled without making it a whole drawn-out thing.

I don’t know what anyone else expects, but our server was great and kept checking in on us all night without being annoying. They were genuinely nice, that made the whole experience better.

The rest of the night stayed just as smooth. The food came out at a steady pace, not too fast and not dragging, and our waiter checked on us just the right amount. We never felt forgotten or rushed, so overall it ended up being a really easy, enjoyable dinner...

I’m not sure I have much to nitpick here, the wine and cocktails were both really good. Everything I tried was solid, and I definitely left happy with the drinks.

I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris in a few different cities now, it’s kind of nice how familiar it feels each time. Same cozy steakhouse vibe, same sizzling hot plates, and the staff always seems to have things handled.
That’s probably what I appreciate most. You don’t really have to wonder if one location is going to be totally different from the next. It’s just reliable in the best way, and I’m always a little excited when I know we’re going.

Yeah it’s not exactly cheap, but the steak was great and the service made the whole thing feel worth it. Booking through the site was super easy too. I’d definitely go again
